The Jia Ming Centre is an apartment and office building in Beijing. The symmetrical structure of the buildings is captured and continued in the design of the open space. The area is divided into different zones. The upper part of the open space is a promenade and the lower part allows various uses. Trees and hedges of different heights are combined and create a light and lively atmosphere. Water features accentuate the entrance areas and the mall. High-quality materials and surfaces give the area an appropriate and impressing appearance.
